Pioneers at the Crossroads of Urban and Electronic Soundscapes

Born from the creative synergy of Christopher Alexander "ShaggDaddy" and Hugh Harry, known collectively as the Z Boys, Lost Boyz (PR) represents a deep dive into the duo's rich Puerto Rican heritage and their passion for urban music. As teenagers during the nascent days of Reggaeton and the global surge of Hip Hop, their musical identity was shaped amidst these influential currents. Transitioning from their renowned roles in electronic music, Lost Boyz (PR) emerged as a dynamic production house and collective, fostering collaborations with local urban music talents and embodying a vibrant organism of creative energy.

2021 marked a significant milestone for Lost Boyz (PR) with their groundbreaking contributions to "Unisex," the album by celebrated Reggaeton/Latin/Urban/Pop and R&B singer Dalex. The duo produced the album's first two tracks: "Oh Ma," a future house styled pop anthem, and "Maquina del Tiempo," a vapor wave-infused R&B pop track featuring international Latin Pop superstar Rauw Alejandro and Lyanno. These tracks garnered acclaim for their bold infusion of electronic elements at the forefront of the album, setting an audacious tone for Dalex's project released under Rich Music. The following year, Lost Boyz (PR) continued their innovative streak with "Diario," a lo-fi, dancehall-style R&B track featured on "Hembrismo," an album spotlighting an all-star female lineup including Paopao, Villano Antillano, Cami Da Baby, Aria Vega, and La Gabi. Beyond these high-profile projects, Lost Boyz (PR) have also crafted tracks with renowned Latin urban and dance indie artists such as Los Walters,Enyel-C, Nester, Toy Wapo, Rodrik, and Fokin Froid, cementing their status as pivotal figures bridging the worlds of Latin urban music and electronic dance.
